PROPOSED CEA/CCPS AGREEMENT FOR 2020 – 2024
Click on the link below to review the proposed agreement. The new language is highlighted in yellow. The language that is grayed is where CCPS was insistent that CEA make concessions, but your Negotiations Team stood strong and protected these valuable rights that we know are important to you. Mike Spahr will be hosting a presentation via ZOOM on Friday, July 17th @ 9am. Voting will begin electronically via your calvertnet email on Friday, July 24th.
CEA is the exclusive bargaining representative for all certificated teachers in the Calvert County Public Schools. We negotiate salary, work hours, benefits, and working conditions.
CEA is also charged with enforcing the contract, through informal processes, grievances, and arbitration.
